Addiction psychiatry is a mental condition that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of people who are suffering or addicted to one or more disorders. The addictive behaviors of substances include legal and illegal drugs, alcohol and nicotine, the other addictions include phone, internet, gambling, food and other impulse control disorders. 

Mental Health

Mental Health is the psychological state of person's capability or mental condition, who is functioning at an acceptable level of emotional and behavioral alteration. It includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. There are more than 200 different types of mental illness conditions. Mental health is critical at each phase of life, starting from childhood, youth, pre-adulthood and through adulthood. 


Psychiatry is the area of medicine which includes the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mental and behavioral disorders and it is not in adults, Psychaitry plays a mojor role in child and also in adult. These disorders of mental illness are diagnosed by psychiatry professionals that disturbs your thinking, moods or behavior, pain, death, or loss of freedom. The symptoms include confused thinking, reduced ability to concentrate, extreme tiredness or sleeping problems and suicidal thinking


Psychology is the scientific study of mental state, process, behavior in humans and also to find the relationships between brain function and behavior. This study includes behavioral neuroscience, clinical psychology, intellectual and developmental, cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, neuropsychology, forensic psychology, quantitative psychology, disabilities, social psychology and  Psychopharmacology is the study of drugs or medicines used for the treatment in psychology.

Geriatric Psychiatry

Geriatric Psychiatry is also known as psychogeriatrics dealing with the study of mental disorders related to old age people. Geriatric Psychiatry includes the disorders or diseases indicative of some degree of brain failure such as behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD), late-onset depression, Alzheimer dementia and complex presentations of delirium. There are different treatments related to these diseases.

Human Resilience is known as positive psychology that has the ability to cope-up with challenges knocked down by some people and return as strong as before. The different ways to increase resilience is having a positive view of yourself and supportive relationships with your family and friends. But sometimes kids are typically abused by alternative adults on whom they are dependent, like baby's nursery employees, academic staff and sports coaches.

Drug abuse is a type of serious mental addiction, when you use legal or illegal substances the way in which you should not use. We might take more than the regular dose of pills or use somebody else’s prescription. The symptoms of these medication are to feel sensible, ease stress, or avoid reality.
